When I first started talking to my girls about what we should make for Kids in the Kitchen everything they wanted to make was breads or sweets. So I made them decide on some actual food that a kid can make. Delaney decided she wanted to make Tater Tot Casserole. My girls have tried other Tater Tot Casseroles at potlucks and stuff but they only like this one.
You will need:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can of milk
- 1 frozen package of chopped broccoli
While it is cooking you can mix the soup with the milk.
Dump package of broccoli & cooked hamburger into the soup mixture.
Cover top of casserole with tater tots. Kids love spreading the tater tots out.
Bake 425° for 45 minutes.

Yummy! This is one of my children's favorites, too. We usually make it with frozen green beans, though we have done broccoli as well.
I am adding a link to your series in my post for Thursday's hop. They complement each other well. :)
