Crustless Apple & Pumpkin Pie
Bottom:
- 3 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1 15 ounce can of pumkin
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon divided
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Topping
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
Lightly spray 8 individual dishes (6-ounce) with cooking spray.
Mix the first flour, cinnamon, and sugar together. Peel, core, and slice apples. Cover apples with cinnamon mixture. Lay apple slices in the bottom each dish.
Mix all pumpkin ingredients together and pour over apple slices.
For the topping combine flour and sugar. Mix in butter with pastry blender and sprinkle on top of the pumpkin mixture.
Place individual dishes on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

That looks delicious, similar to a cobbler. I also like apple pie and pumpkin pie, but have never tried combining them. That is so sweet that your daughter created this just the way you like it. Thanks for linking up!
