Rebecca St. James' "I Will Praise You" Review & Giveaway

If you have been following my blog you know that my favorite Christmas Song is Sweet Little Jesus Boy by Rebecca St. James. I like that Christmas CD so much I listen to it all year. When I was asked to review her first studio work since 2005 I couldn't reply fast enough, and YES it is as good as her other music.

Rebecca St. James charts yet another new course with I Will Praise You, a new collection of worship songs she terms "her most personal recording to date." From the opening notes of track one, listeners are offered a welcoming connection with Rebecca's recognizably authentic vocal warmth and delivery. More than anything, I Will Praise You represents the latest steps in Rebecca's life long journey towards the presence of God. You can find out more information at Rebecca's website.

I Will Praise You tracks:
  • I Will Praise You
  • You Never Let Go
  • Shine Your Glory Down
  • You Still Amaze Me
  • In a Moment
  • The Kindness of Our God
  • When The Stars Burn Down
  • Almighty God
  • You Hold Me Now
  • You Make Everything Beautiful
I will Praise You will be released April 5, 2011. If you can't wait til then to listen to it you can either come to my house or you can listen to the first 3 songs at Rebecca's Listening Party.

Now the fun part! I have one CD to giveaway!! You have until midnight April 11, 2011 to enter. I will use to chose a winner on Tuesday morning April 12.

We used to listen to Rebecca St. James before our cds were stolen from the car. We love her in the rock opera Hero though!
