White Chocolate Crandberry Scones

1 3/4 Cup of flour
1/2 Cup of sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons chilled butter, cut in pieces
6 Tablespoons milk
6 Tablespoons cream
1 large egg
1/2 cup cranberries (we have tried craisins but we didn't really like them)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

~Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cut butter.

~Add cream, milk, and eggs.

~Mix in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

~Knead about two minutes and shape into 1 or 2 round circles 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 8 wedges before baking.

~Bake 400° for 15 minutes.

~Drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze.
