I thought I would share a recipe with you today. We are making some this afternoon to take to church this evening.

1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup white karo syrup
2 Cups sugar
2 egg whites
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Boil together water, sugar, and syrup until it forms a hard ball stage or 250°.
Beat egg whites and add vanilla.
Slowly add syrup mixture to egg whites, beating constantly.
Beat until firm and loses its gloss.
Spoon onto wax paper to cool.

I used to love divinity. The boys are allergic to eggs, so I don't make it anymore :*(

I hope yours came out great, enjoy some for me!
